Responsibilities
Oversee marketing projects and plans end-to-end from development and planning through coordinating and delivering projects from start to finish
Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns with Pixellot’s marketing partners, including design, testing, implementation, tracking, optimization, and analysis
Work closely with the US sales team to create an effective lead funnel focused on growing the inbound and outbound lead stream
Develop and update sales tools for U.S. sales operations (presentations, videos, case studies, landing pages)
Plan and manage physical trade shows and online webinars
Drive overall awareness and education of Pixellot’s product line within our marketing partnerships and their user base
Work with design and content contractors to optimize and test ongoing creative within social, digital ads, and partner channels
Build and manage communication, drip campaigns, and customer journeys through Pixellot’s dedicated CRM and marketing automation tool, Zoho

Required
3+ years of experience in leading marketing projects as a B2B marketing communications manager
An all-around player mentality with a can-do attitude
Experience creating/managing lead nurtures and email customer journeys
Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools (especially Zoho)
Track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously with an emphasis on email marketing
Experience in the U.S. high school space – a big advantage
Experience in paid campaign management, communication strategy, and content writing/editing
Proven experience in webinar planning, and conference marketing
A passion for sports
Advanced MS PowerPoint knowledge
Preferred
Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop, Premiere, etc. - an advantage
