Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional partners to ensure timely and accurate new customer set-up, onboarding, and maintenance
Handle new item setup and data entry
Perform data entry needed for cross-functional reporting and analytics
Analyze prospective customer’s product requirements and produce recommended order guides
Manage internal sales tools and ensure organized & effective processes
Manage customer pricing & catalog tools
Assist in customer presentation, sampling, & preparedness for meetings and submittals
Manage reporting & analytics for the sales team
Review customer purchase orders with accuracy
Effectively communicate internally regarding customer requirements and internal strategies
Attend internal sales meetings to have a full understanding of internal strategies and product knowledge
Focus on personal development & future career advancement opportunities
Communicate with customers in an effective and professional manner
Perform other duties as assigned

Required
Minimum of 2-5 years of sales support, CPG experience preferred in Personal Care or Home
Successful track record of organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and follow through on commitments
Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint required
Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to interpret data and translate into actionable steps
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative manner
Ability to learn new processes and technology while working in a changing environment
Preferred
Net Suite, One World Sync and Retail Link experience preferred, but not required
