Responsibilities

Process design for each assigned project from preliminary to finalization to make sure all reactors and equipment are sized correctly and selected economically.
Controls narrative for assigned project to make sure the process control is clearly described to controls engineer for programming.
Wet testing during system commissioning to make sure all pre-conditions are met.
Technical instruction for system inoculation and start up.
Site performance for assigned customer sites to make sure no process issue affecting the system performance.
High rate anerobic treatment system troubleshooting on any customer sites when needed.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in engineering
10+ years of process design & integration experience, preferably in the food and beverage or water and wastewater industry (both aerobic and anaerobic systems along with membrane treatment systems)
Extensive experience in design, installation, start up, operation, troubleshoot and maintenance EGSB, UASB and/or other high-rate anaerobic treatment systems
Experience in analysis of wastewater treatment plants, water audit for industries and related issues
Ability to develop productive, long-term relationships and communicate with clients, peers, multi-discipline teams
Understanding of basic fabrication techniques
Stellar written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Professional Engineer (PE) license
Travel Required: 10-30% to customer sites as needed
