Responsibilities
Support comprehensive customer advocacy programs such as customer advocate tracking and customer award programs.
Create and manage the internal advocate newsletter creation and distribution.
Track and manage updates to the internal customer quote library and internal customer logo library.
Support high-priority customer programs for industry conference and University.

Required
2+ years of customer or retention marketing, or other relevant marketing experience required
Bachelor’s degree, with an emphasis in business, marketing, or related field
Customer-obsessed with a “what’s best for the customer” and “customer-first” mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deep curiosity, excellent listening skills, empathy, and ability to get things done in a collaborative team environment
Work well with time-sensitive project deadlines
Flexible, can-do attitude, with the ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment
