Responsibilities
Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Conduct training sessions and workshops to increase workflow automation adoption and proficiency across the organization.
Lead the development and execution of the Power Automate strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Oversee the lifecycle of automation projects, from ideation through to deployment and post-launch support.
Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
Measure and report on the impact of automation initiatives, using data to inform future strategies

Required
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in technology-driven projects, with a focus on automation.
Expert knowledge of Power Automate and the broader Microsoft Power Platform.
Strong understanding of business process modelling and reengineering.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
