Responsibilities

Work with clients to understand business processes and requirements
Develop and execute test plans and test cases
Implement test automation (functional and performance tests)
Lead integrated system testing sessions with clients
Build positive relationships with clients to promote effective communications and negotiations
Triage bugs with clients, to ensure accurate detail and prioritization
Assist Scrum-master in identifying and mitigating project risks
Participate in the execution of releases
Triage user support incidents escalated from the Service Desk
Be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the implementation process

Required

Minimum of 2 years post-secondary education or relevant work experience
Hands-on quality assurance experience, or equivalent transferable technical experience
Experience testing multi-tiered, transactional web applications
Ability to understand user stories and technical specifications and translate them into test cases
Experience delivering software solutions using iterative methodologies, such as Agile/Scrum
Working knowledge of web accessibility standards
Experience implementing performance and load testing strategies
Experience using collaboration and test management tools
Knowledge of system integration techniques, scripting languages and web services
Ability to operate within short release cycles
Strong organizational and communication skills, working both with technical and non-technical audiences
Drive to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction, product quality and reliability
