Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior-level clients, product management, and technical architects to develop, enhance, and implement the business architecture for complex business solutions.
Define and maintain a business architecture that offers flexibility to the product strategy to configure product and services solutions that meet business requirements of clients.
Interface with all areas of the client and internal enterprises affected by the project to ensure client expectations and market requirements are met.
Negotiate with and influence both the solutions architects and external clients to achieve a business solution that meets client expectations and market requirements.
Document and communicate opportunities to leverage inter-project synergies, application and enterprise software or infrastructure asset re-use, and opportunities to expose application assets for enterprise consumption.
Communicate business architecture to technical and business audiences.
Identify and incorporate business process improvements for increased efficiency and enhanced client experience into new solutions.

Required
Bachelor of Business Administration
Eighteen or more years systems development, solutions implementation and/or consulting experience
Ability to collaborate with senior-level clients, product management and technical architects
In-depth knowledge of financial services industry practices, regulations and processes
Ability to define and maintain a business architecture
Ability to negotiate with and influence both the solutions architects and external clients
Ability to document and communicate opportunities to leverage inter-project synergies
Ability to communicate business architecture to technical and business audiences
Identifies and incorporates business process improvements for increased efficiency and enhanced client experience into new solutions
Preferred
Prior experience working directly or indirectly with FIS IBS Core or other FIS ancillary applications
IBS Loan Application experience
Experience in Loan Operations Manager or Loan Auditor roles
Prior C-Level management experience
Prior experience working for a banking institution in operations or information technology
Product Management experience or PMP
Product Management experience or PMP
