Responsibilities
Work from complex prints to program and machine parts of various materials on Haas vertical mills and Mazak CNC turning centers.
Set and adjust work/tool offsets as necessary.
Independently select and set up tooling and fixtures/jaws.
Monitor the run of parts to ensure specifications and tolerances are met.
Use common machine shop measuring tools and train peers when necessary.
Perform other duties as required by Production Manager.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent, technical school certification a plus
5+ years of CNC machining experience; primary proficiency in CNC turning.
Strong knowledge of lathe and mill tooling/inserts
Be able to properly follow verbal instructions as well as interpret technical drawings/sketches.
Work well with others and collaborate on cross-departmental projects
Preferred
Mazak and Okuma conversational programming experience
