Responsibilities

Schedule weekly synchronization meetings with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain Management, and assigned retail partners to track variance between the company's sales forecast and retail partner's forecast.

Drive analysis of sales, financial, and operational performance data to identify key insights and opportunities to improve forecast accuracy.

Collaborate to build the sales and shipment forecast.

Align forecast assumptions in support of special events.

Manage gaps between customer POs and retail forecasts.

Develop and maintain performance-based store tiering/segmentation, as well as allocation and disposition processes.

Create strategies and track KPI performance to drive continuous improvement against JBP objectives.

Design, maintain, and automate KPI dashboards by leveraging internal systems and retailer portals.

Required

Bachelor's degree (Statistics, Economics, or Engineering preferred) or four or more years of work experience.

Three or more years of related experience in customer management, operations, demand planning, outbound supply chain, or a relevant analytics role.

Forecasting experience using a variety of methods to advise future-state planning.

Advanced MS Excel (Power Query).

Willingness to travel approximately up to 25%.

Team-oriented and strong interpersonal capabilities; ability to build relationships (internal/external) and interact effectively with other departments and levels of business affecting the forecast process.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent analytical skills and ability to multitask.

Process-oriented and ability to contribute to continuous improvement.

Experience with aggregating and summarizing large amounts of historical data and identifying trends or business opportunities.

SQL Expertise.

VBA Expertise.

Knowledge of data warehousing.

Working experience with Python/R.

Retail, E-com, or startup experience.

Statistical modeling (Linear Regression/K-means).

Strong leadership skills and outgoing personality.
