Responsibilities
Work with business team to create user stories for engineer team
Lead daily standups and update JIRA Board
Act as the right-hand to senior management when it comes to reporting on issues and proactive solutions
Lead Bi-Weekly meetings with Senior Management to discuss current challenges, blockers, and successes
Work within JIRA to pull metrics and data on product velocity improvements
Translate product velocity improvements into cost savings metrics and present these findings to leadership via Tableau or Excel

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or related field
Minimum of 5+ years of project experience working in a Scrum Master Role in an Agile Environment utilizing JIRA
Proven ability to tell a data story through visualization tools such as Excel or Tableau
Desire and proven ability to lead a team through difficult and stressful projects
Certified Scrum Master
