Responsibilities

Serve as the day-to-day liaison between division marketing and corporate marketing resources

Research the local market to gain a solid understanding of commercial office real estate data and industry trends within the market

Act as the go-to resource for up-to-date, accurate research and market information

Create and manage marketing plan and drive the day-to-day plan implementation and tracking in support of customer acquisition and retention objectives

Develop and create content for marketing materials, including brochures, emails, website, data sheets, floor plans and more

Encourage social media presence at the market level

Assist with leasing proposals that need graphic enhancement

Produce/support Corporate Marketing with all responses to Request for Proposals

Prepare vacant spaces for property tours as well as coordinate property tours for prospective customers

Manage broker contact list in Salesforce

Manage CoStar and LoopNet presence, push emails, keeping data current

Collaborate with other departments to develop a higher standard and best practice approach to the customer experience

Plan/coordinate broker and customer events; coordinating with property management during event planning

Assist with local partnership marketing efforts and external marketing opportunities that leverage our assets

Manage and maintain market information on HIW.com including quarterly checks, building additions/removals, suite/floor information and update photos

Manage floor plans, site plans, building photography, etc. in digital and hard copy

Champion division marketing programs and initiatives and provide periodic project updates by attending regular communication meetings with the Corporate Marketing team
