Responsibilities
Research and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for business decisions.
Complete forecast submission activities and assist in defining scope and solutions to department challenges.
Evaluate and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and within budget delivery.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to define initiative scope, goals, and deliverables.
Gather, document, and prioritize requirements for complex solutions and translate them into functional designs.
Monitor and communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and management.
Document current-state processes and recommend strategies for improvement.
Participate in the community of practice by providing input on standard processes and monitoring industry trends.
Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Provide subject matter expertise on business processes and systems to team members.
Be adaptable in an ever-changing environment.

Required
5+ years proven experience as a Program or Business Analyst
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong leadership and time management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with change management principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Understanding of software development tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Familiarity with big data / visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau and the core concepts of relational data
Experience with business analysis tools and application development methodologies
Knowledge of project management principles and practices; Software Development lifecycle (SDLC)
Preferred
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA)
Experience with Agile methodologies
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
Experience in the Technology industry or domain, working with financial partners
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Finance, related field or equivalent work experience
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, related field or equivalent work experience
