Responsibilities
Research, develop and implement data analysis projects including data reporting, data visualizations, and ad-hoc research projects
Work closely with IT teams on planning, design, installation, configuration, automation, and maintenance of data systems
Ensure data systems are engineered for greater accuracy, efficiency, flexibility, and reuse
Collaborate with different business functions to meet their future data needs with current and future designs
Design and manage data models to support Data Warehouse and Data Mart layers
Implement and manage ETL processes at the organizational level
Design and implement data and reporting systems for 'Self Service' report creation
Analyze and verify efficiency, internal consistency, completeness, and accuracy of data systems
Provide leadership to the team for projects, applications, and services
Develop enterprise reports, technical requirements, and implementation plans
Explore, recommend, and implement BI tools
Participate in team reviews throughout the project life cycle
Adhere to structured SDLC and validation processes
Manage application maintenance, troubleshoot performance issues, and improve processes

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Math, Economics or related field
Eight or more years of experience required developing Enterprise scale Data Warehouse and Data Marts
Eight or more years of experience with SQL Server including stored procedures, triggers and scripts
Experience with SQL Server 2008/2014/2016 required
Proficient in Self Service BI
Proficient in Data Modeling (star, snowflake schemas)
Experience in creating and interpreting ER diagrams
Proficient in ETL using Microsoft Sql Server Integration Services (SSIS) and stored procedures.
Proficient in BI reporting software such as Power BI Service/Desktop, Qlik, Tableau
Proficient in SQL Server 2008/2014/2016
Experience with Microsoft Azure, SQL Data Warehouse, Azure Data Factory and Power BI
Experience in MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL
Experience in project management principles
Experience in developing machine learning models using R/Python
Experience in Waterfall and Agile SDLC
Experience in FDA regulated, Biologic or Health Care companies desired
Preferred
Data Vault Warehouse Design experience is desired
