Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams for process improvements; ensure alignment with goals and timelines.
Utilize statistical analysis tools to identify root causes and develop data-driven solutions.
Champion continuous improvement and change management.
Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to monitor process performance and track progress.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gain buy-in, communicate progress, and celebrate successes.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to drive continuous learning and improvement.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in related field, preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in process improvement, change management, and/or enterprise transformation; healthcare experience preferred in improving the patient flow in a hospital setting.
Experience in process mapping, value stream mapping, statistical analysis, and root cause analysis.
Ability to travel up to 20% of time.
Certified Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt required.
Preferred
Certified Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
