Responsibilities

Support program activities to ensure project deadlines and outcomes are met.

Utilize appropriate internal tools including project management, financial, communication, and reporting tools.

Report to the PI and work closely with them and the rest of the team to manage the schedule, communication, and reporting.

Ensure sub-award recipients are invoicing appropriately per schedule, ensure financials and documentation are organized per sponsor requirements, and budget forecasting and preparation per reporting requirements.

Keep records and updates of schedules, risks, milestones, and deliverables.

Organize and help support meetings and maintain recordings (cataloging and archiving).

Create reporting templates that fulfill the requirement of the granting agency, ensure compliance with confidentiality, support the creation of presentations, and ensure all sub-award recipients are complying with required documentation and projected spending in a timely manner.

Support meetings and travel needs of sub-award recipients for sponsor visits and Northeastern University (NU) on-site COE events planning, including streamlining any events or meetings.

Foster the collaboration between NU and the sub-award recipients.

Develop project plans and milestones and help ensure the execution of these plans as well as ensure that all grantor contractual and regulatory requirements are met.
