Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and implement Windows-based applications with Web forms, ASP.NET, and the Microsoft .NET Framework
Work on application maintenance, enhancement, and modernization projects
Collaborate with the team to resolve technical debt backlog and customer bug reports
Independently troubleshoot and recommend solutions for issues and application upgrades
Utilize tools like Jira, Git, .NET 7.0, SSMS, and Agile Methodologies

Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, another related discipline, or equivalent work experience in the software development field
5+ years of related experience
Experience with Security Cooperation systems such as Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), Security Cooperation Training Management System (SCTMS)
US Citizenship Required
Secret Clearance Level
Experience with strong development, Front end tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), Middle Tier (Windows-based applications with Web forms, ASP.NET, and the Microsoft .NET Framework), and Back-end (Microsoft SQL)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to troubleshoot issues from bug reports and recommend solutions to team
Ability to analyze application upgrade requests from product owner, research and recommend solutions, integrate feedback, and produce clean working code
Preferred
Working Knowledge of Jira, Git, .NET 7.0, SSMS, Agile Methodologies
