Responsibilities
Responds to Requests for Task Order Proposals and performs general management of Blanket Purchase Agreements.
Analyzes new and complex project-related problems and creates innovative solutions.
Provides applications systems analysis and long and short-range plans for application selection.
Applies principles of PMI’s PMBOK to the management of all DME software development efforts.
Operates in a CMMI-DEV Level III environment and ensures team members are following established processes.
Effectively communicates project plans and expectations to team members and stakeholders.
Monitors all project life cycle activities and produces relevant artifacts.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and minimum of 10+ years of experience leading the development, maintenance, and on-going improvement of information technology projects and planning processes.
Prior primary program management and delivery experience for USCIS contracts is required.
PMP Certification is required for consideration.
Prior Management experience of Teams of 30+ FTEs.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)
Strong organization, analysis, and schedule management skills.
Preferred
AWS certifications are highly desired
