Responsibilities

Assess and correct customer issues and complaints relating to quality, productivity, and performance
Supervise corporate quality assurance staff
Coordinate technical and performance training for staff, site managers, and quality assurance personnel
Create quality plans for QA personnel and Project Managers for process improvement
Perform inspections and internal technical/operational assessments
Develop and analyze statistical data to determine standards and establish quality of service
Follow-up on quality corrective action issues and training
Review contracts to ensure fulfillment of contract terms and conditions according to federal policies and regulations
Prepare a wide range of reports
Ensure compliance with all building and security requirements
Maintain written quality policies, procedures, and protocols
Collaborate with operations management to ensure quality standards are met
Record and manage special project issues and escalate when necessary
Assume other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as required

Required

Valid driver’s license from state of residence and ability to drive
Knowledge of green cleaning principles and CIMS certification requirements
Knowledge of electronic tracking systems
Knowledge of regulatory standards, custodial standards, and Total Facility Management
Ten plus years of experience at management level
Demonstrated skills in contract development and agency administration
Demonstrated ability and knowledge of building service management as well as relevant equipment and chemicals and their applications
Demonstrated ability and knowledge of quality control and process improvement procedures
