Responsibilities
Work closely with customers on a daily basis to provide direct market strategies and build relations that help increase market research
Work with other Marketing Associates and Marketing and Sales Leaders to integrate campaigns with sales promotions
Keep up to date on industry and competitive trends and regularly inform sales and marketing of noteworthy news items and opportunities
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
Maintain consistently professional, friendly, and positive behavior at all times with customers, co-workers, and managers
Document and share lead/customer intelligence with the sales team
