Responsibilities
Develop strategies to eliminate gaps in existing systems and improve performance efficiency.
Identify and remove risks associated with proposed processes.
Configure the core system, gather user/process/functional requirements, develop technical requirements, and customize procedures to enhance system capabilities.
Design and develop interactive web pages, forms, and catalogs using Boot strap and CSS.
Customize the core system using business rules, catalog policies, client script, UI actions, and validation procedures with Java Script, jQuery, and Glide Scripting.
Import/export data between Service Now and other systems.
Assist in creating views for reporting purposes.
Perform CMDB/Asset implementations and transition CIs/Assets to Service Now.
Validate CMDB requirements against industry and IT best practices.
Configure database connections, perform SQL performance tuning, and ensure CMDB data integrity.
Perform unit testing, analyze test results, and validate application data.
Prepare design documents, user manuals, transition documents, and release notes.
Deploy update sets to different application servers.
Provide advanced support for the Service Now Platform by troubleshooting software problems, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis.
Lead and coordinate customer technical and functional support.
Participate in continuous process improvement in all areas of ITSM.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a related field
Experience in developing interactive web pages using Boot strap, CSS, Java Script, jQuery, and Glide Scripting
Experience in importing and exporting data between systems
Experience in CMDB/Asset implementations and data analysis
Experience in software deployment and support
Ability to troubleshoot software problems and perform root cause analysis
