Responsibilities

Process incoming loan volume for correspondent clients including data entry & sanitization, and loan file processing

Complete daily and weekly production logs and reports, and submit to supervisors or other management

Work with assigned team to maintain, create, and develop improved quality control and auditing

Required

Relevant experience in a Supply Chain Operational environment

Ability to train team members in providing exceptional levels of service

Advanced computer, writing and data management skills i.e., Excel

Strong communication skills both oral and written

Ability to manage and prioritize numerous tasks concurrently

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred, (Business Administration/Management) but not required; some college experience and/or high-school diploma required

An excellent, confident communicator both internally and with clients (written, verbal and in person)

Intermediate to advance level of using MS Excel and/or Access Database

Able to operate calmly and efficiently in a high volume, fast-paced atmosphere that maintains a very low margin of error
