Required

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other STEM field with minimum 5-10 years of industrial experience

Strong background in research, evident through publications or significant project contributions

Ability to quickly absorb new research findings, essential for practical application integration

Continuous commitment to learning and adaptation to new technologies and methodologies, crucial for staying at the forefront of the field

Prior experience building machine learning system including model training, model inference, model monitoring, etc

Natural Language Processing (NLP) frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugginface Transformers, etc

Latest Large Language Models (LLMs), such as GPT3.5-turbo, GPT-4, Anthropic Claude 3, Llama 3, etc

Prompt engineering and LLM evaluation using tools as LangChain, LlamaIndex, DSPy, etc

Experience with AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, Glue, EC2, CloudWatch, etc) and Databricks (or MLflow) is desirable

Machine learning packages with modern programming languages (preferable Python) such as Sklearn, Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib

Code Version Control System like Git, Bitbucket, etc
