Responsibilities

Support the HSWS Mission Area Lead; attending program meetings; develop SCM status/strategy charts and overall help to lead the HSWS SCM team to perform flawlessly and achieve program / enterprise objectives

Oversee a team of high performing SPMs, providing guidance and mentorship

Develop and maintain a programmatic business rhythm as the Supply Chain Lead to ensure cost, schedule, and technical objectives are met for subcontractors and suppliers across your area

Leverage supply chain metrics to identify improvement opportunities and monitor overall performance and efficiency

Support team of SPMs and HSWS Mission Area Lead to resolve issues that create risks to subcontractor and supplier performance, while also identifying and exploiting opportunities

Manage customer-driven changes and their impact on subcontractors / suppliers

Communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders and support the HSWS Mission Area Lead

Create a culture of learning, growth, and support
