Responsibilities
Analyze financial performance and key metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management for business decisions.
Develop and analyze financial models to support management and company performance.
Prepare regular financial reports and presentations, highlighting trends, variances, and areas of opportunity or concern.
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve forecasting accuracy and optimize resource allocation.
Support the preparation of board presentations, investor relations, and other presentations as needed.

Required
Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field of study.
3-5 years of relevant experience preferably in restaurant, retail or hospitality industries.
Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of project valuation and volume/price/mix analysis.
Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal communication.
Ability to operate with a consumer-focused mindset to partner and collaborate achieving a common goal with cross functional business partners.
Results driven behavior acting with sense of urgency and with the ability to recommend and make decisions quickly.
Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to work with a high degree of autonomy.
Advanced Excel skills, highly analytical and detail oriented.
Preferred
Experience with Power BI and SQL is a plus.
