Responsibilities

Develop, lead, and maintain weekly and monthly business review meetings.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to analyze data and perform ad hoc analyses.

Perform advanced proactive analyses for field sales and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.

Create and maintain dashboards in Looker, ensuring KPIs are effectively monitored for insights into field performance.

Gather and present insights to senior leadership, clearly communicating complex concepts.

Assist in setting quarterly goals for sales representatives and monitor their performance to ensure quotas are met.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree in business analytics, statistics, mathematics, or another quantitative discipline is preferred.

3-5+ years of professional experience in an analytical role, preferably in an eCommerce business; subscription business model experience is a plus.

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Extensive hands-on experience with large databases, data mining, and BI tools.

Strong SQL and BI tool experience a must (Looker, Tableau, etc)

Experience analyzing sales representative performance and working with prescription data (such as IQVIA and Definitive Healthcare), as well as proficiency in Salesforce, is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively both orally and in writing.

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, work quickly, and meet tight deadlines.
