Responsibilities
Manage and administer the Salesforce instance for over 200 users.
Enhance system architecture and optimize user settings.
Customize Salesforce with tailored objects, fields, and layouts.
Develop automated processes and workflows to enhance productivity.
Provide training, technical support, and guidance to staff members.
Stay updated on Salesforce updates and proactively implement changes.
Maintain professional competencies and participate in ongoing educational programs.

Required
Bachelor's Degree required.
3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator; familiarity with Salesforce's Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) is advantageous.
Salesforce Certified Administrator designation required.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Creative problem-solving skills and initiative to drive continuous improvement.
Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
Preferred
Experience with integration tools such as FormAssembly, Titan, and MailChimp is desirable.
