Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison for the CEO with internal and external partners.
Coordinate CEO's calendar and schedule meetings appropriately.
Plan virtual and in-person all-hands meetings and other events.
Arrange travel logistics and accommodations for the CEO.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and inbound/outbound mail efficiently.
Coordinate donation process for non-profit organizations.
Participate in cross-departmental projects to support organizational initiatives.
Provide support to remote warehouse operations.
Partner on culture initiatives and Quarterly Business Planning.
Act as a liaison for office maintenance requests.

Required
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Associate's Degree.
Must have a CA driver's license and vehicle for EA errands.
Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to act with discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration, management, or a related field.
Experience in startup or fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings.
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to be a culture ambassador.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
