Responsibilities

Reporting and Analysis: Gather requirements, develop appropriate reporting, and analyze data
Data Collection and Integration: Extract, transform, and integrate data from various sources
Relationship Building: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement automation techniques
Training and Support: Provide support as a subject matter expert on HR data and foster a data-driven culture
Data Interpretation: Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with regulatory requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst or similar role with a focus on HR reporting using report-building software such as IBM Cognos or Power BI
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
Ability to translate business issues and requirements into actionable plans
Excellent relationship building and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex data issues
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Comfortable interpreting and translating complex data sets to stakeholders with varying levels of data analytics understanding
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail

Preferred

Prior experience in the legal industry or familiarity with legal terminology
Experience with AI or machine learning concepts
Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Cognos
Strong programming skills in Python and/or R for data analysis
