Responsibilities
0->1 Product Management: Lead the end-to-end process of bringing new products from concept to market, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
New Feature Launches: Oversee the planning, development, and release of new product features, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Customer UXR: Conduct user experience research to gather insights, understand customer needs, and validate product ideas.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure seamless integration of product features and functionalities.
Product Requirement Documentation: Draft comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs) that outline product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Idea Generation: Originate and develop novel product ideas that align with Telegraph's strategic vision and address market opportunities.
Product Strategy: Contribute to the development of the product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer feedback and business impact.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within early-stage startups or fast-paced environments.
Proven track record of managing products from ideation to launch (0->1), with a strong understanding of the product lifecycle.
Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies. Experience working with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints.
Experience conducting customer UXR, using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
Strong ability to produce clear and detailed product requirement documentation.
Demonstrated experience working closely with designers in product creation and requirements generation.
Creative thinker with a passion for generating and executing novel product ideas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong desire to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred
Previous experience in early-stage startups is highly desirable, demonstrating a willingness to tackle challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
