Responsibilities
Manage the requirements gathering process and provide updates to the team.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT team, and external partners and vendors, to gather and document business requirements.
Lead collaboration efforts across IT and business units on Change/Release Management for all application systems, production changes, implementations, and documentation.
Lead collaboration with the testing team on test strategy and test plans. Additionally, validate that the test cases align with the organization's expectations.

Required
Extensive experience in the insurance industry, specifically in Property and Casualty Insurance
Background in a claims role transitioning into a Business Analyst role
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance Industry
3+ years of experience in Property and Casualty Insurance
Expert knowledge on claims
Experience reading/writing/manipulating SQL queries to pull data
Preferred
Bachelor’s or master’s Degree
