Required

18+ years of experience
Strong experience in test management, E2E, regression and performance testing
Strong verbal communication, articulation, and written communication
Managed 50+ member team
Knowledge in test automation, defect management
Selenium, Robot Framework knowledge
Telecom domain knowledge

Preferred

Experience in Agile development cycle
Experience in End to end Testing for enterprise level for multiple products
Experience in interacting with multiple Stakeholders
Technically proficient in resolving blockers
