Responsibilities
Develop timelines, budgets, teams, and plans for given projects
Train and coordinate staff to ensure organizational goals are met
Increase community awareness, create partnerships, and secure sponsorships
Oversee several program initiatives and staff members
Receive funding, pledges, and applications
Approve purchasing of supplies and equipment
Anticipate and solve any problems related to the program
Conduct performance reviews and evaluate programs
Update community calendars
Provide administrative summaries to CEO and Directors
