Responsibilities

Leadership: Own your expertise area and provide scientific leadership for projects. Develop and expand best practices for handling and processing data. Train others where needed

Design: Actively contribute to cross-functional teams to develop study-specific data collection strategies. Ensure alignment on expected data deliverable requirements

Build: Develop and review study documents such as data management plans, SOPs, data agreements, and specifications

Execute: Oversee management of clinical trial data, present data trends, generate reports, and resolve discrepancies

Culture: Contribute to company culture within VivoSense, promoting knowledge sharing and bringing new ideas into the group

Independence: Work independently with minimal supervision, likely taking on more responsibility as VivoSense grows

Required

Multiple years of hands-on experience managing data within a CRO, pharmaceutical company, or academic setting

Strong scientific background and curiosity, with a Bachelor’s degree (or comparable experience) in computer science, statistics, mathematics, physiology, or related fields

Attention to detail and willingness to learn and understand different data types and how they connect to study aims

Deep knowledge of the clinical trial process (from the sponsor, site, CRO, vendor, or academia perspective) and relevant guidelines including GCP, GDPR, etc

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a team player who is proactive, independent and leans into responsibility

Preferred

Master’s degree in related fields

Experience with real-world wearable sensor data - e.g., actigraphy, respiration, sleep, ECG

Experience leading a team
