Responsibilities

Act as the Right Hand to the Project Manager: Dive into the dynamic world of project engineering where you will be the go-to support for the Project Manager, tackling challenges and pushing the project forward.

Master of RFIs (Request for Information): Innovate and Manage: Use Procore to craft and oversee RFIs. Analyze them to sidestep cost and schedule overruns and navigate towards solutions that save both time and money. Communication Champion: Keep consultants on their toes for timely responses, and make sure the field team is in the loop. Distribute the finalized RFI responses to all relevant subcontractors and vendors, ensuring everyone's on the same page.

Submittal Savvy: Create and Command: Generate and manage submittals through Procore, pulling together packages from subcontractors and keeping track of them in the procurement log. Quality and Compliance: Check submittals against plans and specs, coordinate with the field team for real-world applicability, and make sure all responses get where they need to go.

Change Order Connoisseur: Fair Play: Evaluate subcontractor change order requests with a keen eye, ensuring costs align with bids or the going market rates. Precise Estimating: Use Bluebeam to verify quantities and ensure accuracy, streamlining the process for issuing subcontract change orders.

Procurement Pro: Stay Updated: Keep the procurement log fresh with all essential materials, aligning updates with the project construction schedule.

Minutes Maestro: Capture and Distribute: Own the task of capturing the essence of weekly project meetings in minutes and distributing them effectively for assigned projects.

Schedule Strategist: Timeline Tracker: Develop and maintain the Project Milestone Schedule, ensuring every team member knows key dates and deadlines.

Inspection and Compliance Guru: Inspect and Oversee: Review the inspection matrix to confirm all necessary inspections are completed. Keep a close eye on compliance through green card reviews and alert the team to any discrepancies.

Closeout Captain: Smooth Exits: Manage the closeout process efficiently, ensuring a clean and satisfactory project handover.
