Responsibilities
Own & Manage Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for GovPilot’s new platform.
Ensure all requirements are documented, develop a product roadmap and ensure all deliverables meet specs and quality
Set & Manage Versioning & Documentation Standards
Create & Manage OKR’s
Manage Communication: Develop cadence and agenda all stakeholders (customer, IT, product, QA, and executive team)
Project Management: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to ensure modules function as intended and meet client expectations.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving module configuration processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
Compliance: Stay up-to-date with state and local government regulations and requirements to keep modules in compliance.

Required
Proven experience managing Software Development Lifecycle SDLC.
Driver - Project Manager
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Ability to create and understand process flow charts.
Translate government processes into actionable tasks in software.
Provide actionable feedback on usability and features.
Previous experience in a similar role or with similar responsibilities.
