Responsibilities

Maintain Smartsheets and Field Point for active jobs, keeping team members updated on project status

Order and coordinate delivery of equipment/materials as needed

Track jobs to completion, ensuring timely project completion with BAS Field Engineers

Coordinate with General Contractors to meet customer schedules

Manage projects to meet or exceed budget expectations

Handle close-out documents and invoices

Maintain positive relationships with customers, service providers, and account management teams

Act as a liaison between the customer, account team, and service provider

Develop new methods to support customers

Provide business forecasts and POC information to the Senior BAS PM

Supervise and mentor two direct reports, fostering their professional development

Assist in completing bid documents

Maintain bid and project tracking

Provide BAS proposals to customers directly or via 3rd party websites

Verify and set up new subcontractors with required documents

Generate job contracts for Strategic Account jobs

Book jobs into COINs

Set up job billing files in COINs

Ensure job folders are up-to-date with audit-required information

Create Smartsheets for jobs

Collect project closeout documents, including pictures

Update Smartsheets with completion information

Verify all purchase orders are received/released/voided

Certify Payroll

Handle monthly job progress billings

Enter purchase orders

Review Accounts Payable statements and match invoices to purchase orders
