Responsibilities
Analyze, manage, and implement actions relating to material requirements for uninterrupted flow of materials and services for Production using MRP, Pull Indicators.
Schedule delivery of materials to support the production schedule optimally.
Prepare and communicate the six-month rolling forecast to critical materials suppliers.
Monitor inventory levels, process purchase order requests, and verify nomenclature and specifications.
Coordinate with internal customers and suppliers for timely deliveries and maintain consumable material supply system.
Review, monitor, approve, and coordinate ECO requests with trade partners.
Work with Accounts Receivable to reconcile pricing and invoicing discrepancies.
Anticipate and proactively mitigate risks to material procurement commitments.
Initiate and analyze reports to communicate material tracking and availability status to key stakeholders.
Advise management on material availability status and potential problems.
Cultivate effective cross-functional teamwork and demonstrate ethical and professional behavior.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a production-based logistical or inventory environment.
Strong analytical skills in production planning a key asset.
Experience in working with various ERP Systems utilizing procurement and planning modules.
