Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing leaders to design and develop Salesforce-led solutions across go-to-market functions and provide training to end users when necessary.
Develop comprehensive reports using Salesforce data to offer actionable insights to stakeholders.
Define and integrate with other systems such as HubSpot, Outreach, DemandBase, Claims Management, and NetSuite.
Ensure that marketing automation campaigns are correctly connected to Salesforce and integrated with other marketing technology platforms used, ensuring seamless functionality.
Handle admin functions in Salesforce, including user maintenance, page layouts, new field creation, and mass data management.
Gather detailed requests and feedback from the business for system improvements or changes, and implement these changes using best practice development methodologies.
Automate processes using core Salesforce tools such as flows, approval processes, and validation rules.
Educate team members on the capabilities and potential applications of Salesforce.
Manage and maintain admin rights and external systems connected to Salesforce, such as ZoomInfo, and become the technical point of contact across the business.
Monitor Salesforce platform releases and liaise with Salesforce for issue resolution and requests.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required
3+ years of experience as a Certified Salesforce Admin.
Experience in crafting Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and proficiency in creating and maintaining Flows.
Problem-solving orientation with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, particularly in translating business requirements into technical solutions and facilitating discussions between stakeholders and C-Level executives.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and written communication abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines, with timely updates to stakeholders on impact.
Capability to support developed solutions with documentation and process maps where necessary.
Willingness to learn and work with other technology platforms connected to Salesforce.
Comfortable and experienced with agile ways of working.
