Responsibilities

Conduct detailed market research to identify new real estate opportunities and understand economic, demographic, and real estate market trends.

Analyze and evaluate property specifications, pricing, and real estate market conditions to make recommendations on potential acquisitions or dispositions.

Prepare financial models and forecasts to assess the viability of real estate transactions.

Oversee and manage the lifecycle of existing real estate contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and analyzing performance against financial metrics.

Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all contractual obligations are met and to assist in the negotiation of terms for new or existing contracts.

Liaise with property managers, brokers, and other stakeholders to gather data and insights that support decision-making.

Produce and present regular reports on the status of properties and projects, highlighting potential risks and opportunities.

Support the senior management team with data-driven insights for strategic planning and decision-making.
