Responsibilities
Represents Colliers Engineering & Design services to clients to support business growth.
Develops a business plan to target new clients and expand reach within existing clients.
Researches new clients via various means and supports forecasting business opportunities.
Manages and maintains existing client relationships.
Facilitates client presentations and follows up on business development activities.
Collaborates with team members, acts as a liaison, and supports new business activities.
Leads client outreach, manages communications, and develops positive client relationships.
Supports marketing activities and enhances company-related marketing efforts.
Develops contact information for new clients and tracks sales activities.
Attends trade shows, political and social activities, and plans networking receptions.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Engineering or other applicable design or science field.
Demonstrate general computer skills, knowledge and acumen (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite).
Qualified candidates must have 10+ years of experience working in the AEC or related industries.
Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
