Responsibilities
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
Assist with transcribing documents and maintaining records
Support event planning activities and logistics
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
Assist with real estate administrative tasks as needed
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, copying, and scanning documents

Required
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Experience in customer support or as a personal assistant is beneficial
