Responsibilities
Leads the Program Support Division’s data analytics team, comprised of multidisciplinary analytical professionals responsible for analyzing schedule, milestone and cost data across six main program lines of effort.
Communicates analytic results with the entire vertical team.
Performs project and program scheduling Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) across the Region and across all business lines.
Presents current status at quarterly senior leader Program Management Reviews and develops recommendations to promote continuous improvement.
Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts both short and long-range priorities, and prepares objectives and schedules to ensure the completion of work.
Reviews the work of subordinates for overall conformance with policy and mission objectives and locally established standards.

Required
One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Managing implementation of data strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within a large organization; 2) providing professional advice and technical guidance to leaders and staff on the overall development and management of program schedule; AND/OR 3) managing the integration and implementation of AI and advanced analytics to improve business processes.

Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent GS-13.
Preferred
Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.
You will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.
One year trial/probationary period may be required.
Direct deposit of pay is required.
Selection is subject to restrictions resulting from Department of Defense referral system for displaced employees.
