Responsibilities
Support the Business Development Department in implementing the facility's marketing plan.
Assist in coordinating and executing projects such as event planning, referral source maintenance, data entry, and community outreach.
Manage website and social media content, and perform local marketing functions to enhance relationships with referral agencies and community resources.

Required
BA degree in Marketing or Business
1 - 3 years of experience
Experience in marketing or sales, preferably within the medical/psychiatric field
Experience developing creative marketing ideas
Working knowledge of Social Media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
Experience developing internal newsletter including copy, content, and graphics
Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple projects, and to adapt to shifting needs
