Required

2+ years of professional experience in the visual design field within an agency or in-house setting.

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related fields.

An online portfolio showcasing your mastery of brand identity, graphic design, video skills, social media savviness, and overall visual excellence.

You feel confident working alone, though enjoy collaborating with others to solve design challenges.

Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

You are self-motivated and able to prioritize and manage multiple creative efforts in parallel.

You are passionate about design thinking, engaging in creative concepts, and being a champion of visual excellence

You understand how to design strategically across all mediums, audiences and touch points

You are an expert in print layout, email design, video, and social media ads

You feel comfortable using After Effects, Premiere Figma, and the Shopify platform

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality digital designs for various platforms.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.

Experience in creating designs that adhere to brand guidelines.

Ability to receive and implement feedback to improve design outcomes.
