Responsibilities

Use critical thinking and analysis to drive and lead change across all aspects of ASR’s business

Extract insights from data and effectively use images, charts, and conceptual frameworks to synthesize data

Develop actionable recommendations

Create and deliver professional presentations to senior leadership

Collaborate with ASR colleagues across functions and regions in implementing solutions

Drive continuous process improvement within Finance and across all ASR processes

Support ASR’s annual budget process, including detailed evaluation of all budget plans, compilation, and final presentation

B.A. or B.S. required in Engineering (industrial, mechanical, chemical or civil)

3-5 years of experience required of hands-on engineering operations experience including involving data analysis, model building, continuous improvement
