Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce declarative tools.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Perform Salesforce system maintenance, enhancement, and configuration tasks.
Ensure Salesforce best practices are followed and maintain high standards of code quality and performance.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configuration and development.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with proven proficiency in Salesforce development and customization.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are mandatory.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
Proficiency in creating UML diagrams for system design and architecture.
Familiarity with Tableau for reporting and data visualization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
