Responsibilities
Serve as the catch-all support for the marketing department, handling a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations and successful marketing initiatives.
Own individual timeline based on prioritizing tasks between supporting the various Marketing Verticals of Retail, Events, and PR.
Handle inbound marketing requests and liaising with various internal departments to ensure timely and effective communication.
Prepare and draft marketing decks to have Managers present to various stakeholders including league representatives, retail buyers, and internal leadership.
Participate in all marketing initiatives from concept through to launch, ensuring all stages of the approval process are met with precision, following up where needed.
Coordinate the casting of models, influencer seeding, and vendor specific tasks.
Pull-samples, as needed, for all Marketing events, influencers, and special initiatives.
Take initiative beyond your daily tasks to support other team members, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative spirit.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Fashion, Business Administration or a relevant field.
High level of attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to think creatively and execute efficiently, pursuing solutions without constant supervision.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Passion and curiosity for event marketing and international marketing.
Able to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Must have an ability to travel both domestically and internationally 30%.
1-2 years of experience in Marketing or a professional setting.
Preferred
Preferred knowledge of and passion for the influencer culture and the latest trends in the fashion industry.
