Responsibilities

Provide technical services and support for WAN and LAN data and voice connectivity, routers, switches, firewalls, security, and network appliances.

Support internal systems, cloud, and network infrastructure.

Maintain and support Cisco Meraki, VPN solutions, and perform remote monitoring of system alerts.

Conduct network assessments, security audits, and assist with VOIP technologies.

Document maintenance for all network infrastructure and provide after-hours support as needed.
