Responsibilities
Provide material procurement support including development of procurement documentation; completion, scanning, archiving, and management of procurement records and transportation/transfer requests.
Interface with vendors to obtain quotes, process Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders, update Excel spreadsheets with relevant information, kit and track inventory, interface with customers to develop procurement requirements and provide status updates.
Develop MS Excel procurement tracking documentation; develop project management support documents including program plans, office communications and memoranda, and organize documents.
Other duties may include developing technical reports, preparing assorted presentations, and assisting with the management and tracking of other project data, as required.

Required
High School Diploma and two (2) years or more related experience
Ability to obtain SECRET clearance
MS Office proficiency including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Detail oriented and organized
Quick learner and proactive
Ability to manage logistical issues
Preferred
DoD Experience
Procurement Experience
Ability to work with databases
