Responsibilities
Lead the Charge: Oversee the application security program for the entire division, ensuring compliance with security policies.
Collaborate for Success: Partner with business units, IT teams, and stakeholders to integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle of new applications.
Identify & Mitigate Risk: Assess applications for vulnerabilities, conduct threat modeling, and recommend controls to minimize risk exposure.
Patch Management Pro: Manage the application security patching program, tracking security versions and ensuring timely updates.
Continuous Improvement: Refine security posture by analyzing incidents and implementing learnings to prevent future breaches.
Compliance Champion: Collaborate with security operations to build detection and response capabilities, ensuring applications meet security requirements.
Safety First: Prioritize safe and secure practices to uphold a world-class safety culture.

Required
A solid understanding of cloud migration, application security development lifecycle, and DevSecOps principles.
Experience securing cloud environments like Azure or AWS.
Proficiency in at least one risk assessment methodology.
Experience with Security Software as a Service (SaaS) implementations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of achieving business objectives.
Preferred
Experience in threat modeling, risk assessments, and control implementation.
Experience in agile and waterfall development methodologies.
Recognized security certifications (CISSP, CCSP, CISMP).
Cloud-specific certifications (CSA CCSK, CCSP, AZ-900).
